Ricardo Hinojosa, P.E. – President/Project Manager
President Ricardo Hinojosa brings leadership and an
outstanding reputation to the helm of Hinojosa Engineering,
Inc. Equally important are his 15 years experience in
engineering projects for municipalities and public works.
Intricately involved in numerous projects for the City
of McAllen and other regional municipalities, Ricardo
has worked with a number of major utilities including
Water Districts, Irrigation Districts, Southern Union
Gas, Southwestern Bell and Central Power and Light.
An avid supporter of South Texas projects, Ricardo has
provided engineering services to the Texas Department
of Transportation and school districts throughout the
